Where does the festival take place?

The festival will take place at Stewart Park on 9/21 and 9/22, with activations around the city of Ithaca in the days leading up to the festival.

What are my lodging options?

There are many great lodging options in Ithaca. We recommend The Marriott Downtown, The Statler at Cornell, or La Tourelle Resort. There are also many Airbnb and camping options in the area. Check out http://www.visitithaca.com/ for more lodging info.

What are the age requirements?

This is a family friendly, all ages event. Children 5 and under are admitted free with an accompanying adult.

Is this event rain or shine?

Yes, event is rain or shine. Please stay tuned to Cayuga Sound and DSP socials in case of inclement weather conditions.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable.

Where is parking for Saturday?

THERE IS NO ON SITE PARKING – there are designated lots with free parking and a free shuttle to take you to and from the park.

Free parking is available at various locations in Ithaca including: Ithaca High School, Boynton Middle School, and any street parking located on the TCAT ROUTE 13 and 13X (express to Stewart Park) bus stops. These FREE buses will be running from 11AM TO 11PM, and will run every 15-20minutes.  There will also be a FREE shuttle running from the school parking lots to the park. This service is free for all ticket holders, but must show their ticket to access.

What can I bring with me to the festival site?

You are welcome to bring:

·       Sealed or reusable water bottles.

·       Blankets, collapsible lawn chairs, umbrellas

·       Sunscreen and/or rain gear

·       Polaroid, cell phone and point-and-shoot digital cameras (professional photographers w/ detachable lens device must secure prior approval)

What can’t I bring with me to the festival site?

Please leave these at home:

·       Pets (except for documented service animals)

·       Fireworks (we will take care of these!)

·       Glass

·       Outside food, drink, and alcohol

·       Coolers

·       Explosives or weapons of any kind

·       Illegal substances

·       No solicitations, handbills, or giveaways of any kind

Can I ride a Lime Bike to Cayuga Sound?

Yes, but all Lime Bikes must be dropped at the bike valet location by the main gate.

Where can I find a timeline/schedule of events?

What is the festival’s alcohol policy?

No outside alcohol will be allowed inside of the festival grounds. Beer and cider will be provided courtesy of Magic Hat. Anyone consuming alcohol under the age of 21 will be removed.

I have dietary restrictions. What kind of food and drink will be available on site? Can I bring outside food/drink?

No outside food or drink will be allowed without prior written consent by festival management. There will be gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan food options available through our many local food vendors.

How do I apply to be a volunteer?

All volunteer confirmation emails have been sent and all venue set up slots are filled. Thank you for your interest!

Where can I pick up will call tickets?

Will Call pick-up will be at the Main Entrance for all Cayuga Sound events. A Photo ID and the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets may be required. To expedite entry we encourage customers to select PRINT AT HOME or MOBILE tickets at check out.

Where can I pick up my VIP package?

VIP's can check-in at the Thursday dinner in Stewart Park or at the VIP Entrance at the Main Gate on Friday and Saturday. VIP package customers will receive an email with full details 2 weeks before Cayuga Sound.
